LON Bank decided to refresh its brand image to mark the 25th anniversary of the company, and they invited us to design the complete communication strategy for brand repositioning. Our job was to design a long-term platform, which would represent the LON Bank as synonymous with simple and cost-effective banking with products, which simplify people's lives every day. The brand aimed to describe a trustworthy financial institution with modern mobile and digital banking, always happy to help its customers in the use of modern banking channels.
The communication strategy is based on simple, understandable, and personable banking with innovative and modern services, which simplify people's lives and their banking activities. The various benefits of banking services were presented in a series of creative solutions for product segments, and the core of the refreshed brand was consolidated in the new brand positioning slogan: "LON. You can."
